Ms Charu Jain brings with her over 11 years of rich experience in early childhood education from Pathways School Gurgaon, one of India’s leading IB schools. Over the years, she has nurtured young minds with deep commitment and care, having served as Grade Level Coordinator for Grade 1, and previously Coordinator for Nursery and Kindergarten.

Her leadership has consistently reflected a balance of academic excellence and emotional intelligence, with a strong emphasis on inquiry-based learning, inclusive classroom culture, and
collaborative team development. She is deeply passionate about shaping the formative years of children through innovative, child-centric approaches that align with global best practices.
