Graduating with honors in Literature from Osmania University, she set out to explore various educational methodologies, seeking the perfect fit for her innate desire to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and holistic development in young minds.
Boasting over 20 years of dedicated service in education, Ms Vinodhini has honed her skills through a journey rich in diverse teaching roles and leadership positions. Beginning as a passionate classroom teacher, she quickly emerged as a dynamic educator, recognized for her commitment to fostering inquiry-driven learning environments that nurture curiosity and critical thinking.
Ms. Vinodhini Mary believes that every child is unique and deserves a caring, inspiring, and engaging atmosphere in which they grow emotionally, intellectually, and socially. She wants to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing a safe, risk-taking, and collaborative environment. It is her personal responsibility and goal to help all students grow to be the best that they can be. She is proud to do her bit in producing the future responsible, kind, and productive citizens of the world.
In her role as a PYP Coordinator, Ms Vinodhini collaborates closely with educators to design inquiry-driven units of inquiry, ensuring alignment with the IB framework while fostering an engaging and interactive classroom experience. She takes pride in guiding teachers to integrate the IB learner profiles, key concepts, and transdisciplinary themes seamlessly into their teaching practices.
