With 18 years of dedicated experience as an educator with various schools in India Ms Shalini Fate has developed a deep passion for education, particularly the holistic development of children in our rapidly changing 21st-century VUCA world.

Throughout her career, Ms Shalini has remained committed to fostering an environment that nurtures the holistic development of students, guided by the principles of the IB program. Her journey across different IB schools as a PYP facilitator, PYP Coordinator and PYP Head has not only honed her professional skills but has also enriched her perspective, shaping her into a compassionate, caring and open-minded leader.

She firmly believes in the transformative power of education to shape future generations into compassionate global citizens. She has attended more than 15 professional development workshops by IB catering to various aspects of teaching & learning, assessment, and leadership. Her leadership philosophy revolves around empathy, emotional intelligence, resilience, adaptability, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills. These qualities have been pivotal in orchestrating successful implementation of the PYP curriculum, fostering collaboration among staff members, and ensuring the academic excellence and well-being of students under her care. Ms Shalini has successfully led the PYP teams for IB verification and evaluation at different schools in India.
