The IB Career-related Programme (IBCP) is a three stage educational framework designed for students with specific career-related or vocational needs and supports higher education choices. A blend of academic subjects and Career-related study provides a holistic development for the CP graduates to pursue further education, higher education, employment or apprenticeships. It is designed to provide a pathway for students to ‘Follow their passion’. The programme is comprehensive and provides opportunities for students to be resilient, determined, self-directed and critical thinkers. Through the programme, students develop skills to work independently or in collaboration with others. The IBCP provides an excellent opportunity for ethical education conceived as involving principles, attitudes and codes of behaviour.

Students should meet the requirements of four core elements, the Reflective Project, Personal and Professional skills(PPS), Community Engagement and Language and cultural studies, which are compulsory and central to the philosophy of the programme.

Sreenidhi International School is a recognized center by Pearson BTEC to offer International level-3 diploma Business: Enterprise and Entrepreneurship course. This qualification is equivalent to two International A levels. Students do an in depth study of 7 mandatory modules and 1 optional module and choose the Diploma program subjects related to Career-related study. A few of the assessments are internally planned and a few are done with Pearson set assignments.
